Any booking made with Excursions Dubai Ltd will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions:

Prices

Price quotations are subject to change without notice. If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Excursions Dubai will contact you for authorisation. Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.


Payment

All tours must be paid directly on the website using our secure payment method via WorldPay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged in GBP. All payments will be listed as "Excursions Dubai LTD” on your bank statements.


Voucher Issue

All information regarding the travellers should be correctly given at the time of booking and names should be as they appear on the passport, as certain tours require this.

All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to info@excursionsdubai.com.

Excursions Dubai Ltd/excursionsdubai.com cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or carefully read your confirmation voucher. In case you have not received your voucher within 48hours, you must notify Excursions Dubai Ltd as soon as possible.

Please read the information on your Ticket or e-Voucher carefully, as there may be special requirements on certain tours with regards to pick up times, dress code or if photo identification is required. Each Ticket/e-Voucher contains a unique Booking Reference Number, so please use this upon arriving at the location of your selected tour date or alternatively, this can be presented to the tour operator where transfers are included.


Cancellation Fee/Refund

Except otherwise stated, any excursion tours or packages cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following:

Excursion Tours/Attractions/Overnight accommodation:

-        10% cancellation fee = if cancelled more than 7 calendar days before the date of excursion

-       30% cancellation fee = if cancelled between 4-7 calendar days before the date of excursion

-       100% cancellation fee (No Refund) = if cancelled 3 or less calendar days before the date of excursion.

-       100% cancellation fee (No Refund) = if cancelled on the day of the excursion or after (termed as a ‘no-show’)

Please note, that certain suppliers apply more stringent cancellation fees, which might apply if relevant.

Procedure to cancel a booking:

* The above cancellation charges will apply accordingly

-       Cancellation of the excursion must be sent to us by email as soon as possible with - correct names, tour details for cancellation and bank details for the refund.

-       Once we receive this, we will send you an email back as a confirmation of cancellation from us, with the amount refunded dependant on the cancellation charges applicable for that booking.

-       Excursions Dubai Ltd will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative cancellation or ‘no-show’ charges.
 

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Excursions Dubai Ltd/excursionsdubai.com acts only as an agent for the customers/travellers in all functions pertaining to all excursions, tours, attractions, tickets, packages, sightseeing tours, any water activities and cruises, services and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond, Excursions Dubai Ltd can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes.

Excursions Dubai Ltd and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage. Excursions Dubai Ltd and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.
 

Health, Passport & UAE Entry Visas

Each traveller has to check that he/she has the appropriate documents for his/her journey especially (but without limitation) if he/she booked tours, packages or transfers or has asked for special requirements at the time of booking.  He/she has to own and bring a valid passport (with visa if necessary). No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

The following citizens/passport holders of Western Europe and the Pacific Rim do not require a UAE Visa to enter the country:

-       Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Citizens of UK, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan,  Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore,  South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Vatican City.

However, please check on the UAE embassy website before travelling incase there are any changes to the above list or to check if you have the correct valid documents for travel to the UAE. Tourist visa is valid for single entry for 2 months from the date of issue and for 30 days stay in the UAE from the date of entry. We recommend the passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure from the UAE. 

Smoking Restriction

Smoking on board coaches and other restricted areas is strictly forbidden.

Luggage

Only one hand bag/luggage per person is accepted in motor coaches. Other restrictions may apply for other tours e.g. helicopter tours, Sea plane tours, cruises, etc.

Complaints 

Excursions Dubai Ltd acts as a mediating company between clients (customers/travellers) and local tour operators. In the unlikely event that you were not satisfied with your tour/excursion, you may file a complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of the tour/excursion service. A written documentation must be sent to our customer services team by email and this would be forwarded to the tour operator for investigation. Complaints received beyond the deadline will no longer be entertained and will not be eligible to any refund. 

Any booking made with Excursions Dubai will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Excursions Dubai Ltd.
